October 21, 2014 Board Meeting Agenda Item #34 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR SARASOTA HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION PHASE 1 Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor.  The final costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in Change Order #4 for approval.  The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the Sarasota High School Renovation and New Construction Phase 1 be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractors be approved as presented.
